By accessing or using the services provided by Polarix Digital ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including website design, development, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Polarix Digital provides custom website design and development services for healthcare practices including dental, optometry, therapy, counseling, and other medical clinics. Services include but are not limited to: website design, website redesign, SEO optimization, speed optimization, and mobile optimization.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback during the design process, and access to any necessary accounts (domain registrar, hosting, etc.). Delays caused by client response times may extend project timelines.
Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement. Standard terms require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
Our performance guarantee (e.g., "30 patients in 30 days") is subject to the specific terms outlined in your individual service agreement. Results may vary based on industry, location, existing online presence, and other factors outside our control.
Upon full payment, clients own their completed website and all custom content created specifically for their project. Polarix Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Polarix Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
